Customer Satisfaction Survey Prize Draws

Complete a survey to be in with a chance to win!

We regularly send out customer satisfaction surveys so you can let us know how we are doing. You can win a £50 Love2Shop voucher by completing one of our surveys. Some of the types of satisfaction surveys we send include:

This is a monthly prize draw. You will enter the draw for the same month you answered a survey. If you complete the survey in June, then you’ll be in the June prize draw. We will contact the winners the week after each month ends. 

Everyone who replies will be entered into the draw - whether you were happy or unhappy with the service. We use all your answers, including negative feedback, as opportunities to improve.

Terms & Conditions

1. All tenants who fully complete a tenant satisfaction survey will automatically be included in the draw.

2. One prize per household per month will be awarded.

3. The following prize is available: 1x £50 Love2Shop voucher.

4. Residents must have a clear rent account, with no service charges or sub-account charges outstanding, to be eligible for the voucher.

5. Pending Housing Benefit/Universal Credit payments resulting in a debit balance on the account will mean the tenant will be credited with the prize amount onto their accounts as an alternative to being awarded the voucher, in line with their regular payment frequency and expected credit balance.

6. Only current Prima Group tenants and leaseholders will enter the draw. Garage tenants and commercial tenants are excluded.

7. Prima Group employees and board members are excluded.

8. Before contacting any prize winners, Prima Group will check for any known tenancy breaches. Tenants breaching other aspects of their tenancy will have their prize forfeited, and another draw will be in its place. There is no right of appeal regarding this.

9. The draw for the prize winners will be made during the first week of each month for those satisfaction surveys completed in the preceding month. Prize winners will be notified within a week of the date of the draw. We will ask winners to allow promotional photographs to be published in line with data protection.

10. The prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. They are not redeemable for cash or other prizes (other than with debit balances as outlined in points 4 and 5 above).

11. Prima Group accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
