Tenant Satisfaction Measures
The Regulator of Social Housing has come up with a new way to check how well landlords are doing in providing good homes and services. This includes asking tenants, like you, a few questions to see how happy or unhappy you are with what we do. We started doing these tenant surveys earlier this year to collect this information.
