Allocations Policy

Prima Group is committed to allocating its homes fairly, transparently, and in line with its charitable purpose. By making the best use of social housing, working closely with Local Authorities, and supporting rightsizing, we aim to meet tenants’ needs, reduce empty properties, and help build sustainable, thriving communities.
