Allocations Policy
Prima Group is committed to allocating its homes fairly, transparently, and in line with its charitable purpose. By making the best use of social housing, working closely with Local Authorities, and supporting rightsizing, we aim to meet tenants’ needs, reduce empty properties, and help build sustainable, thriving communities.

Community Action Days
We regularly host Clean-Up Days in our neighbourhoods to help tenants easily dispose of unwanted items and tidy up the local area.
