Pay Your Rent

You can pay your rent quickly and easily using one of our payment options. Paying online through Allpay means you can make a payment 24 hours a day and from wherever you are.

Direct Debit

This is the simplest, safest and most convenient way to pay and you’ll never need to worry about missing a rent payment again. If you pay by Direct Debit you can arrange for your rent to be paid weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly. You can complete a Direct Debit form through our Prima App or by completing the Contact Us form to request a Direct Debit form.

Online Payment

You can pay also your rent online by with Allpay Internet Payments, using their website or by downloading the Allpay App. Please note that you will need a rent reference number and can pay by credit or debit card. Click here to go to the Allpay website.

If you use this as a regular way of paying your rent it might be easier to download the free mobile Allpay App which you can use to pay anytime, anywhere, you can also set this up to store your rent reference and your preferred payment details, making future payments quick and easy. You can find the Allpay App here in the Apple App Store and at Google Play.

Other Ways to Pay Your Rent

The Post Office

You can take your rent payment card to any Post Office and pay via cash or cheque.

Telephone

You can do this 24 hours a day on 0330 041 6497. You will need your rent payment card and your credit or debit card as well. You can also call Prima Group directly on 0151 227 1001 to make a payment Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.

Standing Order

This is an instruction from you to your bank to pay a set amount each week or month. For further information please contact your Housing Officer.

Pay Point/E-Pay

Payments can be made at any shop or garage displaying the PayPoint sign or participating E-Pay outlets. These are often open in the evening and on Sundays. You just need your swipe card and a method of payment. Please remember to keep your receipt as proof of payment.

Direct from your benefits

It is sometimes possible to make rent arrears payments directly from your benefits. For more information on this, please contact your Housing Officer.

Direct to Prima Group

You can call into our offices and pay using cash, cheque, credit/debit card or postal order. You can also post cheques to us.

If you’re a resident of Prima PHA cheques should be payable to Pierhead Housing Association Limited, residents in Leasowe should make cheques payable to Leasowe Community Homes and Pierhead Commercial customers should use for Prima Commercial Limited.
