Stockbridge Village and Knotty Ash are areas north east of Liverpool City Centre. Stockbridge Village (Formerly known as Cantril Farm) is an area with a population of around 6018, currently undergoing regeneration work. Knotty Ash is a larger area situated by East Prescot Road, popular with employees of Alder Hey Children’s Hospital for it’s close proximity to the site.

We currently manage 60 properties between the two locations, primarily two bedroom houses, bungalows, and flats.
