Surveys are carried out by Prima's in-house Stock Condition Surveyor and involves an inspection of the property and its main building components, both internally and externally.
This includes components such as the roof, windows, doors, kitchen, bathroom, heating system, and other elements of the property.
The condition and the estimated remaining life cycle of the components are recorded.
-
Photographs of the components assessed are taken, however no photos of your personal belongings will be taken.

The survey will take around 30 minutes to complete.

The purpose of the survey is solely to assess the condition of your home and vital components. It is not an inspection or judgement of your home or lifestyle.

Surveys will involve minimal disruption and there will be no moving of furniture or lifting of carpets.
-
We carry out surveys on a year round basis and each property is surveyed once every 5 years. We will contact you when your property is due a survey.
