Prima Voices Feedback

It’s good to talk, and we’re here to listen! Not everyone wants to come to a meeting or join a group, so we have a range of other ways to engage customers who do not wish to be formally involved, allowing them to have their views heard. This includes:

  • Surveys - Telephone, email, digital and text.

  • Consultations - These are on an ad hoc basis where we’ll contact you 4-6 times a year and ask you to take part in our consultations.

Your opinion matters to us. By joining Prima Voices, you can provide regular feedback via the surveys you receive. You will choose how you receive these, and you can respond at a time that suits you. Most surveys or consultations only take a few minutes to complete, and you will be helping to shape the services that we provide for our customers.
