Policy Consultants
Our Policy Consultants regularly review new or existing front-facing customer policies to ensure that they are relevant and meet the vision and aims of Prima Group. You will do this in person with other tenants and leaseholders, as an online form to give us your feedback, or as a virtual session online.

As a Policy Consultant, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Prima Group staff reviewing existing service policies or, on occasion, a new policy.
As a customer, you will share your knowledge and experience of these services by telling us what we are getting right and what areas might need work. Policies can apply to the wider customer base -therefore - you will be ensuring that they reflect the diverse needs of our tenants.
