This Mental Health Awareness Week, we're proud to highlight some of the amazing community organisations we work with across Liverpool, Sefton and Wirral. These partners play an important role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our tenants – whether that’s through social connection, access to advice, or simply creating welcoming spaces where people feel seen and supported.

Liverpool

Love Wavertree

Love Wavertree is a passionate group of local volunteers and partners working to improve the Wavertree area. Through community events, wellbeing walks, local clean-ups and inclusive meetups, they help create a stronger, more connected neighbourhood where people can feel proud and supported.

Kindfulness Coffee Club

Kindfulness Coffee Club promotes mental and physical wellbeing through kindness, mindfulness and community. From coffee mornings and creative workshops to gentle exercise and peer support, they provide a safe, welcoming space for people to connect and grow.

St Leonard’s Youth & Community Centre

St Leonard’s YCC has been at the heart of Bootle for over 40 years, offering activities for all ages. Their work includes youth programmes, wellbeing sessions, food support and volunteering – helping reduce isolation and improve mental health in the local area.

The Addy

The Addy is a vibrant youth and community hub that provides young people with a safe space to socialise, develop life skills and build confidence. Their work helps tackle mental health challenges early by offering meaningful support and opportunities.

The Hive, Wirral Youth Zone

The Hive offers young people aged 8–19 (up to 25 with additional needs) access to support, activities and mentoring. With a strong focus on mental health and resilience, The Hive gives young people the tools and space they need to thrive.
