Prima Group rated G1/V1 by Regulator of Social Housing

We’re pleased to share that the Regulator of Social Housing has rated Prima as G1/V1 in its annual stability review. This positive outcome highlights our commitment to strong governance and financial resilience, especially as our Viability rating has improved since the last assessment.

Every year, the regulator carries out a stability check to assess how well housing providers are managing governance and financial viability. These checks are separate from the full inspection we expect next year, which will include the new consumer standards.

Retaining the G1 rating for Governance shows that we continue to maintain an effective and robust governance framework. Our V1 rating for Viability demonstrates that we remain financially stable and manage risks responsibly. The upgrade from a V2 to a V1 reflects the efforts made over the year to strengthen our financial position, ensuring we can keep providing quality homes and services for our communities.
