Have Your Say in Prima's Annual Tenant Survey

During September and October, Prima will be carrying out our Annual Tenant Survey.

We want to hear what customers think about our homes and services, including what's working well and where we can improve.

The survey forms part of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), a national set of measures used by social housing providers to understand how customers feel about their homes and services.

Customers invited to take part will be contacted directly with information about how to complete the survey.

Your feedback is important to us and helps shape future service improvements.

As a thank you for taking part, customers who complete the survey will be automatically entered into our monthly prize draw for a £50 shopping voucher.
