Prima Group to take part in ‘first-of-kind’ NHS-driven scheme
Prima Group and Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust says they aim to significantly enhance the quality of healthcare and support services given to tenants by linking housing conditions to health outcomes.
The pilot will securely integrate social housing data – encompassing living conditions, accessibility and locality – into NHS health records.
