Croxteth, Dovecot and Stockbridge Village are located just a short journey from Liverpool City Centre. Dovecot Place is a multi-purpose block featuring both residential and commercial units. There are 32 apartments situated over numerous shops and cafes.
In Stockbridge Village, we have 27 properties which are made up of two and three-bedroom houses and bungalows. These areas are very popular for residents working in Broadgreen or Alder Hey hospitals, and also for those who need easy access into the city centre due to the fantastic transport links the area can offer. The area is also closely linked to the M57 and M62 for those travelling further afield.

Our planned improvement schedule was heavily disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are now working through the original list of kitchens and bathrooms that were due to be replaced before the pandemic.
