Belle Vale is a friendly district located in south-east Liverpool, the District Centre features a number of amenities including emergency services, a large shopping centre, and Belle Vale Park. Netherley is a popular area on the eastern side of Liverpool thanks to its close proximity to Liverpool City Centre and access to motorways that run up and down the country.

We currently own 66 properties in the Belle Vale area including two and three bedroom houses and bungalows. We recently completed our 38 property development in Netherley on Wheatfield Close, consisting of 26 two bedroom houses and 12 one bedroom flats.
