In February, we asked for your feedback on our repairs service. The consultation had a huge response, and we would like to thank everyone for taking the time to participate. Here are the results.

If you claim Universal Credit (UC), you may have received a task asking you to confirm your new rent.

The rent on your home will increase from Monday 13th May 2024. If you receive a task before this date asking for your new rent, please do not complete this until 13th May 2024 - otherwise, you will have to re-submit this information after the rent change.
