We're pleased to inform you that if you have the Prima App, you'll get an email on 18th December, providing access to our new portal.

For tenants without the Prima App who wish to access the new portal, contact us from 18th December, and we'll set you up.

On 11th December we are making some changes to our systems. What will this mean for our customers?

Our current customer app will be turned off on 5th December 2023. Customers who are registered for our app will receive an email with login details for our new portal from 11th December 2023. In the meantime, customers can still contact us at 0151 452 0202. Alternatively, you can use the Contact Us form on our website.

Please note due to the changes to our systems, we will only be taking calls for Emergency Repairs until 1 pm on Monday 11th December 2023. We expect to resume normal service after this time.
