Customer Satisfaction Surveys


We aim to provide the highest possible standard of service to customers. To help us get feedback from customers, we have asked TLF Research to carry out an independent survey for us, so we can see those areas where we are doing well and those where you may like to see us improve.

We would really appreciate a little of your time to complete a 10-minute telephone survey with TLF when they call. They will be calling customers over the next six weeks, during the daytime and early evening.

Your comments will be completely confidential. TLF will analyse everybody’s feedback and tell us what matters most to our customers. We will use their report to make some changes and improve what we do, so we can provide a first class service to our customers.
