We welcome your views and feedback on our services - your enquiries, compliments and complaints help us to improve how we work.

We aim to respond to complaints promptly and where possible when you first contact us about it. We always try to resolve any service failure to the complainant’s satisfaction wherever possible.

We ask customers how satisfied they are with services regularly, for example after a repair has been completed or as part of our Customer Satisfaction Index.
