How to pay your rent
1. Direct Debit
This is the simplest, safest and most convenient way to pay and you’ll never need to worry about missing a rent payment again. If you pay by Direct Debit we can arrange for your rent to be paid weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly. Please Contact Us to request a Direct Debit form.
2. Online Payment
You can now pay your rent online by with Allpay Internet Payments. Please note that you will need a rent payment card and can pay by credit or debit card. Click here to go to Allpay.
3. The Post Office
You can take your rent payment card to any Post Office and pay via cash or cheque.
You can do this 24hrs a day on 0330 041 6497. You will need your rent payment card and your credit or debit card as well. You can also call Prima Group directly on 0151 227 1001 to make a payment however this is only available Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
5. Standing Order
This is an instruction from you to your bank to pay a set amount each week or month. For further information please contact your Housing Officer.
6. Pay Point/ E-Pay
Payments can be made at any shop or garage displaying the PayPoint sign or participating E-Pay outlets. These are often open in the evening and on Sundays. You just need your swipe card and a method of payment. Please remember to keep your receipt as proof of payment.
7. Direct from your benefits
It is sometimes possible to make rent arrears payments directly from your benefits. For more information on this, please contact your Housing Officer.
8. Direct to Prima Group
You can call into our office and pay using cash, cheque, credit/debit card or postal order. You can also post cheques to us.
If you are choosing to pay by cheque, please be aware that who it is made payable to depends on whether you’re a resident of Prima PHA, Prima LCH or Prima Commercial. Pierhead Housing Association Limited is used for Prima PHA, Leasowe Community Homes is used for Prima LCH and Pierhead Commercial Limited is used for Prima Commercial.
