Our Housing Officers work out in our communities

If you would like information on our Commercial Units or Student Accommodation please visit Prima Commercial.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm and operate a ‘one stop’ service for our customers. This is mainly via telephone and email but we also communicate with our residents via Twitter, Facebook, face to face and via our website.

Our friendly staff will manage your repair enquiries, rent payments and give arrears advice and support. We can also help you with housing option choices, compliments and complaints, tenancy queries, satisfaction surveys and customer profiling.

We are fully focused by design and able to support our neighbourhoods in many ways whether you require an adaptation to your home, would like to down size your property or need support with anti-social behaviour; along with our out of hours service we aim to offer resolutions that support everyone’s needs.
